★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当にお勧め出来ない。とにかく対応が遅い。何回問い合わせても質問に対しての答えがなく、ここで建てなければよかったと後悔ばかり。担当営業マンや現場監督も辞めてしまい、今誰が担当してくれてるのかも分からない。ここで建てたこと、後悔しかない。

The salesman in charge and the on-site director have also quit, and I don't know who is in charge now. I have no regrets about building it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人も言っているが、とにかく対応が遅い。連絡してから担当者から連絡があるまで3日経過して催促して２日でようやく担当者と話せたが、メーカーに連絡させますとのこと。連絡の取り次ぎくらいでこんなにかかるのは失礼だしこちらは鍵トラブルで早く対処したいのに。
