最大の魅力は土日祝日の最大料金。
営業時間内ではありますが、1500円と近隣に比べてかなり安価です。
決して大規模な駐車場では無いため、地上からの進入路、料金所付近は、幅の余裕が少なめなので注意。
その一方駐車マスは広めに取られており駐めやすい印象です。

A self-propelled parking lot located on the second floor of the Shin-Ochanomizu Building. The ground floor shopping street and office buildings are connected by elevators.
The biggest attraction is the maximum fare for weekends and holidays.
Although it is within business hours, it is considerably cheaper than 1500 yen and the neighborhood.
As it is not a large-scale parking lot by all means, the approach route from the ground and the toll gate neighborhood are careful because the margin of width is small.
