m	mans muji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/07/06　12時30分ころメガネの調整までは良かった。女性店員は。(ちなみにその日のシフトは3人回しだった模様) 引き渡し目安時間に行くも、店内には使えない雰囲気漂うおっちゃん店員2人。確かに別のお客様の対応をしていたかもしれない。だが、「いらっしゃいませ！」もなければ「待ちの受付表に名前を書いて少しお待ち下さい！申し訳ございません。」くらいのことは接客中であろうとできたはず。一言もないまま10分....20分....待てど来ない。自分は置いてあった雑誌を見ていて「受付表」など知らないまま待っていたところ、あとから来た客が来たタイミングで女性店員が表に出てきて、その客から引取作業を始める。計30分待ち、引き取りは完了。上司との待ち合わせには遅刻(事前連絡済) なぜ受付のところに無人の状態で接客をする。「人数が足りていない」「接客中だったから」「分身はできない」という言い訳もするであろう。無能なおっちゃん店員なら。できない言い訳を探すのではなく、客商売。こちとら「神様とも思ってもない」ですし面と向かって対応してくれた女性店員に怒鳴ることも嫌味言うこともしない。ただ、不愉快に思ったためこのようなことが他のお客様に無いようにと思いここに投稿させていただきます。もしかしたら若造だと思われておっちゃん店員には後々対応をされたのかもしれませんね。 2019/07/06 around 12:30 It was good to adjust the glasses.
