When I sent it out for this cleaning, it came back with stains. I left it for 3 weeks to get rid of the stains on it, and I was informed that I couldn't get the result. Nevertheless, I was told that I would only refund the cleaning fee, so I went to pick it up. However, when I actually looked at it, there was a new white stain of about 5 cm. I didn't receive it because I wasn't informed by the phone before I received it that the stains had increased. Obviously, the new stains are not known to be reimbursed without an analysis of the stains, even though they were improperly applied at the factory in an attempt to remove the first stains. In addition, I was told that the newly created stains could be removed, so I asked for analysis and stain removal. A week later, the result was that I couldn't get both the new stains and the first stains. I couldn't wear my favorite clothes for a month after I left them at this dry cleaner, and at the end I was returned without being able to wear them. It was really annoying because the cleaning technique at the lowest level below the amateur level, the man in charge had a bad attitude, and he was fluttering when calling. I definitely don't recommend this dry cleaner. I wondered if it would be better to change the name to Dirty Shop Express because it will only be polluted and returned.
