経緯は不明だが、当地は旧国鉄北官舎があり、平成9年に地元民が日本国有鉄道清算事業団から払い下げを受けた様である。
 According to local monuments, it seems to have existed since at least the end of the Sengoku period.
The details are unknown, but there is the former National Railways North Government Building, and it seems that the local people received a withdrawal from the National Railway Clearing Corporation in 1997.
