T	Tim Tam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こってりどっしりした二郎系ラーメン私は柚子つけ麺、連れは油そば、おつまみに小豚(チャーシュー3枚)頼みました。チャーシューは分厚くてぷりぷりで柔らかくて最高！つけ麺は、濃厚なつけダレで重厚感があって美味しかったです！油そばは味見したらスパイシーな感じで肉感たっぷりでこれまた大満足でした(Ü) 今度はスタンダードなマシマシラーメンに挑戦してみます。 Thick and heavy Jiro ramen I ordered yuzu tsukemen, abura soba with me, and small pork (3 char siu) for snacks. s	sachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は本当に大好きです。月イチペースでしか行けませんが気付いたら食べたいな、と思っています。が、たまに一番上にのっている漬けにんにくがやたら青くて切りたて？？と思うくらい辛い時がありました。あと店主さんの人柄だとは思いますが、学生さんや常連さんに話しかけたりするので食べている方の人はノーマスクで話をしています。また、お客さんで来る方も待っている間にこのご時世なのに結構な音量の声で話し続ける人もいます。行く度に(声大きいな、嫌だな、小声か黙ってほしいな)と思う人に出くわします。今は減らしてカウンター席6~7席しかない店内なので通常の音量で会話していても丸聞こえです。先日はノーマスクで入店してきた人もいましたが、店主さんから注意などありません。一応、座席ごと間にパーテーションはありますがあの状態だとあまり意味もない気がします。なので、このご時世なのでそういうのが気になる方は残念ですがやめておくのも1つの選択肢だと思います。流山、二十世紀が丘にも同系列の店舗がありますが、店舗によって味も野菜の感じもチャーシューもなんなら注文方法も違うので、それぞれ"別のお店"と思って行った方がいいと思います。 I really love the taste.
