Watanabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通算3度目の訪問です。今回は炙りチャーシュー麺とハーフ香味チャーハンをいただきました。「炙り」と名乗るメニューは、焦がしすぎてスープを台無しにするものもたまにありますが(笑)、ここのチャーシューは丁度良い炙り具合。豚骨醤油ベースの濃い目のスープとマッチしています。また、チャーハンはラーメン以上に美味です。他にも餃子、唐揚げも美味しいお店です。 This is my third visit in total. This time, I had roasted char siu noodles and half-flavored fried rice. The menu called "broiled" sometimes spoils the soup because it is too charred (laughs), but the char siu here is just right. It matches the thick soup based on pork bone soy sauce. Also, fried rice is more delicious than ramen. Besides, dumplings and fried chicken are also delicious.

イ	イノセンスバイカー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時でまあまあ混んでました。炙りチャーシューをオーダー。回ってないのかかなり時間がかかる。ラーメンって早いのも魅力だと思うので残念。チャーシューはガーリック風味でしっかり味がついてて、とても美味しい。しかし、ラーメンは普通というか、チャーシューに負けてる気がしました。チャーシュー食べるまえにラーメンを食べるとまあまあですが、チャーシュー食べてから、ラーメン食べるとかなり味気ないラーメンに感じます。店内はとても綺麗でお一人でも気兼ねなくはいれます。 It was pretty busy at noon. s	sssh PP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ むつの初ラーメン。事前にむつ市のいろんなラーメン屋のクチコミ、メニュー、写真を見て、こちらに決定。お店はキレイで好印象。トイレもキレイ。接客も良い。昼少し前に行きましたが、直ぐに満席。待ち客もいて、人気店みたいです。頂ラーメンとハーフチャーハンのセット。９９０円を注文。ラーメンのスープはまろやかクリーミー。インパクトは弱いが後を引く美味しいスープ。途中で紅しょうがを入れたくなりました。　　麺は中太でコシがあり、表面がツルツルした喉ごしの良い麺。旨味は普通。　　チャーシューは薄切りで柔らか。ロースト(バーナーで炙ってるかな？)してあり香ばしさ。美味しい。　　メンマというかタケノコ。よくある味の強いメンマではなく、ラーメンの邪魔をしない存在。　　海苔普通。　　半切りの味玉。切れるだけあってトロトロではないが、いい味と食感が残っている。ギリギリで見極めてる？気持ち量は少ないが、美味しいラーメンでした。チャーハンはまあまあ。チャーシューの焦げから苦味が出てしまってます。当たりの店で良かった。ポイントカードがあるみたいです。 Mutsu's first ramen.
