Manpachi Ramen Restaurant Shimokita - Mutsu

Customer service is normal. As it is called a restaurant, there are many menus. I was also curious about the Manhachi ramen with the name of the restaurant, but for the first time I ordered the most popular miso ramen (thick noodles large serving char siu topping). I declined, but it seems that there is a rice service. The fat that absorbs the umami of the stir-fried vegetables dissolves in the soup and gives a good taste. The vegetables are slightly fragrant and crispy. The feature was that there were many vegetables on the menu, but not many. It's normal. The noodles have a soft and chewy texture. This is delicious with this. Char siu is a firm meat with little fat, but it is simmered well and crumbles. It's delicious, but I wonder if it doesn't have to be. I forgot the location, but when I was a kid, I remembered the miso ramen I ate at a yakiniku restaurant in front of Mutsu Station, which I occasionally stopped by when I was working with my father. thank you. There aren't enough hands in the hall. I couldn't get rid of the seats where the customers returned, and when I went to the checkout, the ramen that had been completed and was waiting for serving was lined up ... But it was delicious, so it has 4 stars.

I rented a car around the Shimokita Peninsula, and after returning the car, I visited there to have a drink with Chinese food for a late lunch. It is best to shave it from the inside and soak it in soup stock. It's not the most popular restaurant, but I like the meat ankake soup, Manhachi Ramen. It is thick and hard to cool.
