今回もアイブロウの予約をして伺ったところ
会計時、お釣りが間違っていました。
(4000円のお会計で、1万円を出したところ、返ってきたのが4000円でした)
もちろん指摘し、正しいお釣りを頂きました。
ですが詫びの言葉もなく、次はアプリから予約をしてくださいとの案内を受け、そのまま帰宅になりました。
いつも施術前に預かって頂いていたメガネも今回は「かけたままで大丈夫ですよ」と案内されましたが、施術中に手が当たっていました。(途中で自分で外しましたが…。)
私も私で5分弱予約時間より遅刻してしまっており、不快な思いをさせてしまっていたかと思います。そのためこの対応になってしまったのかもしれません。その点大変申し訳なかったと思っております。
ですが、いつも素敵な対応をして頂いていたぶん、残念でした。

I was informed that the glasses that I had always kept before the procedure were "it's okay to keep them on" this time, but I was able to handle them during the procedure. (I removed it myself on the way ...)
I was also late for the reservation time of less than 5 minutes, and I think it made me feel uncomfortable. Therefore, it may have become this correspondence. I am very sorry about that.
However, it was a pity that he always gave me a nice response.
