c	coffee Empty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハッピーベル千葉そごう店には、愛犬が家族になってから月一度ペースでお世話になっています。今回いつものオプションとは違うオプションができるか相談したところ、丁寧に説明していただけました。スタッフさんの対応は良いです。最近は、カットコースでお願いしてますが、シャンプーコースは、手際がよいのでしょう。短時間でお迎えに行けたので時間がない時とかはシャンプーコースだけでもありかな。と思いました。お値段は少々お高めですが、シャンプー後、愛犬がふわふわいい匂いをしているので満足です。毎月フォトのプレゼントと、たまに、キャンペーンもあります。今後もお世話になります。 The Happy Bell Chiba Sogo Store has been taking care of her dog once a month since he became a family. R	R A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トリミングで利用させていただきました。受付時に対応してくださったトリマーさんは笑顔で迎えてくれて安心しました。お迎えの時、違うスタッフの方が愛犬をトリミングの部屋から連れてきてくださったのですが、一緒に預けていたスリングを一方的に手渡した後こちらの用意も出来てない状態で愛犬も手渡されました。店内がとても混雑しているのは承知していましたが、出口(エレベーターホール)の方に近い場所で立ったまま荷物台も無い場所で、適当に手渡され、すぐに奥に戻ってしまわれました。もし手をすり抜けて脱走したら…と思うと驚いたのと同時にヒヤッとしました。帰宅して気づきましたが、首輪も外されたままでした(部分カットで足回りのみでしたが)。首輪もない状態で脱走していたら…と思うと余計ゾッとしました。グッズの購入は引き続きお世話になりたいと思いますが、トリミングはちょっと怖いです。 I used it for trimming.
