★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は対応に関しては何とも思いませんでしたがトリミングの出来上がりがあまりにも酷かったのでお直しをして頂きました。要望を聞かれただけで誤りの言葉は無くそこでガッカリしました。細かく聞かれていたので安心しておりましたがまたお迎えに行ってガッガリしました。全てにおいてこんなガタガタなカットをされたのは初めてです…。
要望は何も改善されておらず…次の日今まで行っていたトリマーさんにお直しに行きましたが、そこのトリマーさんもこの出来栄えには驚いておりました。
非常に残念です。せめて対応だけでもしっかりとして頂きたかったです。
At first I didn't think anything about the response, but the trimming was so bad that I had to fix it. I was disappointed that there was no word of error just by hearing the request. I was relieved because I was asked me in detail, but I went to pick me up again and was disappointed. This is the first time that such a rattling cut has been made in all cases.
The request was not improved at all ... I went to the trimmer who had been doing the next day to fix it, and the trimmer there was also surprised at this workmanship.
It is very disappointing. I wanted at least to be firm enough to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年始め、オープン当初からお世話になった16歳の愛犬が天国に行きました。その10日前にトリミングしてもらい、綺麗な姿で旅立つ事ができました。
その後、ここで撮ってもらった写真と可愛いお花が届き感激で涙が止まりませんでした。いつも可愛がってもらってありがとうございました。スタッフの皆さんの温かさに、リュウも感謝してると思います。長年ありがとうございました?素敵なショップです。
At the beginning of this year, my 16-year-old dog, who took care of me from the beginning, went to heaven. I had them trimmed 10 days before, and I was able to set off on a beautiful trip.
After that, the photos taken here and the cute flowers arrived and I was so moved that I couldn't stop crying. Thank you for always loving me. I think Ryu would like to thank all the staff for their warmth. Thank you for many years ? A wonderful shop.
