三階にあり、ベビーカーなのでエレベーターを利用しようとするが、エレベーターは混雑していて土日の昼間だと10分以上は待つ。
誰も譲ってくれないので、毎回ベビーカーを背負って、子供と手を繋いで店に行く。
また、最終電話受付が18時までと早い。
営業時間20時までなのにオカシイよね？
18時以降はメールでしか連絡が取れず、予約をするにも予約が取れたかの返信が翌営業日と遅い。
しかも、断られる可能性も大いにある。（定員オーバーなど言われて断られる）
値段改正して当日予約は高くなったのに、ソレってどうなの？
ジュンヌ閉館時間まで対応してないのは、無責任。
他のママズスマイルよりも高いのに。
それについて問い合わせをするも、我慢しろとの回答がくる。
また、場所が変わってから子供が外部から一切見えないので、何をされているか不安。
まぁ、でも千葉駅周辺で一時預かりできるのが、ここしかないので使うしかないから、利用するけどね。
Hard to use.
There is a stroller on the third floor, so we try to use the elevator, but the elevator is crowded and we wait for more than 10 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays.
Everybody goes to the store, carrying a stroller and holding hands with the child, because no one gives it.

After 18 o'clock, you can only contact us by e-mail, and even if you make a reservation, the reply whether you got the reservation is late the next business day.
Moreover, there is a great possibility that they will be declined. (Rejected because the capacity is over, etc.)

It is irresponsible to not respond until June closing time.

Also, since the child hasn't seen anything outside after the location has changed, I'm worried about what they are doing.
Well, but I can use it temporarily because I can only keep it around Chiba Station because there is only here, so I use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一時託児って利用したことがなかったんですが、こちらを利用して、ほんの少しですが息抜きできたり、ササっと用事を済ませることができて、すごく便利でありがたいなぁと実感してます。
どの先生方も毎回丁寧に対応してくださり、安心できます。
また、予約前日の夜や当日朝にちょっと風邪気味のときも、メールフォームでキャンセルできるのでありがたいです。
総じてすべてのサービスにおいて育児中のお母さんの便利に貢献してくれていると思います。
ただ、仕方ないですがコロナの影響で託児ルームの中の様子を見に行くことができなくなってしまった点と、お部屋があまり広くないので日によって他に大きいお友達などがたくさん利用している時があったりしたら、うちは赤ちゃんなので少しだけ気がかりかなーとは思います。（まだそういう日にあたったことはありませんが。）
営業時間より30分預けなければならなくて困っていたときも、相談したら対応していただけました。本当に助かりました。
市の一時預かりは、色々問い合わせても、いっぱいだったり、1ヶ月以上前から予約が必要だったり、１歳は手がかかるから受けてないと言われたこともあり、そんな風に言われてまで預けたくないと思ったのですが、こちらは快く、短時間から預かってくださり、本当に感謝です。

Even if I made various inquiries about the temporary custody of the city, I was told that it was full, that I had to make a reservation for more than a month in advance, and that I did not receive it because it took a lot of time for one year old. I didn't want to leave it until, but I am really grateful that I was happy to leave it for a short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子連れで行きづらい場所に行ったり面倒を見てくれる人がいない時にこちらへ預けて用事を済ませられるので助かります。
中の様子はわからないですが過ごした様子は聞けば教えてもらえるし、預ける時グズグズしていた子供も迎えに行く頃にはご機嫌なので特に心配はしていないです。
市の一時保育よりも気兼ねなく使えるので、お金で解決することに抵抗がない方にはおすすめです。
