★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前耳の検査を受けた時、前週に同病院で受けた検査結果が出たのを受けて再度受診したのだが、その時耳鼻咽喉科の医師がこの検査は間違っている、正しい数字ではないと言われ唖然。自分の病院の検査をさも当然のように否定したので衝撃を受けたね。治療代返還を求めるべきであった。
 When I had my ear tested a few years ago, I went back to the hospital after the results of the test I had at the hospital the previous week, but at that time my otolaryngologist said the test was wrong, with the correct numbers. I was stunned when I was told that it wasn't. I was shocked because I denied the examination at my hospital as a matter of course. I should have asked for a refund of the treatment fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通事故で緊急搬送後の通院で時間指定されてるのにとにかく待つ。そして事務方は適当。何回受付と窓口を行ったり来たりさせるやら。MRI検査してそのまま会計行けと。次の診察はいつですか？結果発表はいつですか？
I waited anyway even though the time was specified for the hospital visit after emergency transportation due to a traffic accident. And the office work is appropriate. How many times do you have to go back and forth between the reception and the window? MRI examination and go to accounting as it is. When is your next visit? When will the results be announced?

しかし、患者の噂話が凄いです
全部聞こえているよ！
ナースコールで今行くと言ってそのまんまってこともある
自分は、アル中さん、らしい
The nurses on the 3rd floor are all kind, young, lovely and beautiful.
But the patient's rumors are amazing
I can hear it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 婦人科の先生は、明るくて、しっかり診てくださり、手術の腕も素晴らしい先生でした。看護師さん達も皆さん優しく、病棟はとても綺麗です。
とても良い病院でした！
The gynecologist was cheerful, had a good medical examination, and had excellent surgical skills. The nurses are all kind and the ward is very beautiful.
It was a very good hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 救急で三つ全部断られた後、ダメ元で電話したところ、即受け入れてくださりとても助かりました。ありがとうございました。他の病院の夜間受付の方はコロナ禍ということで、つっけんどんで怖い方もいるのですがここの受付の女性の方はとても優しく、はきはきしていて声を聞くだけで安心できました。
After all three were refused by the emergency, I called with no use and it was very helpful for me to accept it immediately. Thank you very much. The night receptionist at other hospitals is a corona sickness, so some people are scared, but the lady at the receptionist here is very kind, and I was relieved just by listening to her voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入院しました。看護師は特に悪い方いなかったですが医師がマジでどうなってるか？診断後に次の通院が必要なのか？そうじゃないのか？今どういう状態なのか説明ないし、求めても要領を得ない答えで信用できませんでした。結局病気は治らず障害がのこりました。二度と行きたくない病院です。
I was hospitalized. The nurse wasn't particularly bad, but what's really going on with the doctor? Do I need to go to the next hospital after the diagnosis? Isn't it? I couldn't trust it because I didn't explain what it was like right now, and even if I asked for it, I couldn't get the point. After all, the illness did not heal and the disorder remained. It's a hospital I don't want to go to again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間救急で受診しました。他の病院さんでは難しいといったところを、こちらで受け入れて貰いました。
受付事務方さんの明るいお声の安心感、着いた病院内の明るさ、先生の診察の丁寧で的確なこと、連携の取れた検査や処置、お薬の説明まで、本当に助かりました。
処置までに少し時間は空きましたが、先生が処置内容等を説明して下さっていたので安心できたのと、人手の足りなさはやむを得ませんね。
他の患者さんや御家族にも、丁寧に適切な対応をされていたと思います。
夜間ですし、病院ですから、成るべく世話になる人がいないのがよいことなのでしょうが、本当にたすかりました。
健康第一ではありますが、またどうしても辛い時に御相談させてください。
お礼が直接言えたらよいのですが、口コミに代えて。
いつも朝晩を問わずに最前線におられるみなさま、本当にお疲れ様です。ありがとうございます。
