頻繁に利用するわけではありませんが、名前を覚えてもらっていて段取りもスピーディーで気持ち良く対応して頂けるのが有り難いです。
来てくれる職人さん（外注のようです）も感じが良くて仕事は丁寧に仕上げてくれますよ。

こちらのお店での担当（女性）さんに話を聞きましたが、カタログの提示もない、金額の提示も施工面積を軽く聞いただけで大まかすぎる金額を口頭で言われました。たかが百万円〜二百万円ほどの案件など相手にする気はないように思えました。
店内に客さんは1人もおらず忙しいようには見えませんでした。
今まで伺った中で、これほど残念な対応と感じたことはありません。
二度と行く事ないでしょう。
I went around the store for some exterior projects.
I talked to the person in charge (female) at this shop, but he didn't show the catalog, and he verbally said the amount was too rough just by asking the construction area lightly. It seemed that I wasn't willing to deal with projects that cost between 1 million yen and 2 million yen.
There were no customers in the store and it didn't look like he was busy.
I've never heard of it so unfortunately.
