★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工事内容の確認等の連絡の返信が来ない、突然アポ無しで自宅に来る、契約して半年経つが何かと理由をつけて未だに完成していない。不満しかありません。他の外構業者がどんな物なのか分かりませんが、当日になって「今日から工事入ります」のメールがきて工事スタートとか普通なのでしょうか？工事を行ってくれる方達はいい方なのでしょうが、社長の顧客に対する接し方が気に入りません。
 I haven't received a reply to confirm the construction details, suddenly come to my house without an appointment, and it's been half a year since I signed the contract, but it hasn't been completed yet for some reason. I have only complaints. I don't know what other outside contractors are, but on the day of the event, I received an email saying "Construction will start from today" and is it normal to start construction? The people who do the construction are nice, but I don't like the way the president treats customers.
