木造でないのに上の階の音がよく聞こえる。小銭を落としたような音から、上階のインターホンの音が聞こえ、紛らわしい。ドアや歩く振動が響き、夜になるとはっきりうるさい。
比較的安価な賃料ではあり、子育て世代を応援する旨のキャンペーンなどもあるが、物音が全然気にならない人でないとおすすめできない。
来訪している客にも音が気になるとよく言われていた。
