★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がものすごく悪かった。一番知識があるという年配の男性にとりついでもらったが、どういうわけかその男性が威圧的で畳みかけるような話し方だったので、しっかり話を聞いてもらえる状況ではなかった。私が話す態度や内容に不都合があったとは思えない。悪い相談員もいるので、そういうのに当たったら、その場で注意して担当を変えさせるなりした方がいい。京都府住宅供給公社住宅相談所の方が親身になって相談に乗ってくれたので、そちらの利用をおすすめしたい。
The telephone response was terribly bad. I was obsessed with an older man who was the most knowledgeable, but for some reason he was intimidating and foldable, so I wasn't in a situation where he could listen to me. I don't think there was any inconvenience in the attitude or content I spoke. There are some bad counselors, so if you encounter such a situation, you should be careful and change the person in charge on the spot. The Kyoto Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation Housing Counseling Center was kind enough to give me advice, so I would recommend using that.
