S	Shinichiro Nakahara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新木場開拓プロジェクトで、丸惣さんに初挑戦！このお店は、新木場駅ガード下、長いエスカレーターを降りて、少し千葉方面に戻る感じで、後ろ側くらいにある食堂です。ランチタイムの12:30にお邪魔しましたが、正面の自動ドアを入ると冷蔵ケースがあってお刺身などが並べられていました。そして、お盆を取って中に進む感じです。店内にはテーブル席とカウンター席があり、女性客も入っているのを確認。時代は常に変化してますよね～セルフで並んでいるおかずを好きにとって精算するカフェテリア方式で、料理の数はとても豊富で、しかも値段が安いので、選ぶのに苦労します！焼鮭： 100円あこう鯛煮付け：170円最後に御飯と味噌汁を注文します。御飯(中)： 190円味噌汁： 70円合計： 530円。一品一品が安く、それでいてボリュームがあるので、取り過ぎに注意だと思い、自制心を効かせました。そうしないと、もう一品追加しそうな自分がいて・・・(笑) お店の中を冷静に見ていると、ランチでの食事はもちろんですが、昼飲みをしたい人には絶好の環境であり、事実飲んでいる人が何人かいました。昼飲みではなく、帰り際の晩酌=千ベロにも最適なお店だとも思いました(^_-)-☆ First challenge to Mr. Maruso in the Shinkiba development project!
