★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミの評価もよかったので、レーザー脱毛をするならレジーナクリニックと決めていました。なので、契約するつもりで初回カウンセリングに伺いましたが、丁寧な説明や温かい雰囲気、綺麗なクリニックを見てやっぱりここにしようと思いました。
 The word-of-mouth evaluation was also good, so I decided to go to Regina Clinic for laser hair removal. So, I went to the first counseling with the intention of signing a contract, but after seeing the polite explanation, warm atmosphere, and beautiful clinic, I decided to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年５回の照射が終了しました。薄くなった気はするが人によって照射する位置も違うし新人さん？に変わる時声かけもない。予定があったが2時間半以上時間を取られた。少し説明があっても良かったのでは、、、。顔の脱毛も最初にシェービングしてくれるのはありがたいが雑すぎて傷ができてた。最初の説明で全ての照射が終了したら先生に見てもらってあまりにも毛が生えていたらもう一度照射できますと言われたのにチェックすらなかった。
The irradiation of 5 times was completed last year. I feel that it has become thinner, but the position of irradiation differs depending on the person, is it a newcomer? There is no voice when it changes to. I had a plan, but it took more than two and a half hours. It would have been nice to have a little explanation ... I'm grateful that the hair loss on my face was shaving first, but it was too rough and scratched. In the first explanation, when all the irradiation was finished, the teacher looked at me and told me that if there was too much hair, I could irradiate again, but I didn't even check it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全身脱毛5回で通いました。他のクリニックで安いところもありましたが、「通う回数が少ないだけ」や「効果が薄い」という口コミを見たので。
実際レジーナさんでやってみて効果は満足です。
追加でVIOを検討中。
I went through 5 times of whole body hair removal. There were some cheap places at other clinics, but I saw word of mouth that "I only go there less often" and "the effect is weak".
Actually, I'm satisfied with the effect when I try it with Regina.
Considering additional VIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脇と、VIOをしてもらいました。水泳のインストラクターをしているため、やはりこのあたりはマストかなと思った次第です。皮膚が柔らかい部分につき痛みが強いことを事前にサイトでも確認していたので、麻酔クリームをお願いして塗ってもらいました。こころなしか痛みが少なかった気がします。
Aside, I had VIO done. I'm a swimming instructor, so I thought this was a must. I had confirmed in advance on the site that the skin was soft and the pain was strong, so I asked for an anesthetic cream and had it applied. I feel that there was less pain in my heart.

全身＋顔＋VIO 5回のフルセットで契約しました！！つるつるで自己処理も減ってとっても楽ちん( *´艸｀)
ただ、VIOは追加しようと・・・スタッフさんがオススメしてくれた8回に最初からしとけばよかった。
お値段は少し張りますがその価値ありました！
Until now, I used to do my own self-treatment at home, but I challenged my boyfriend to remove hair from my entire body!
I signed a full set of 5 + body + VIO! !! Slippery and less self-processing, so it's very easy (* '艸 ｀)
However, I tried to add VIO ... It was good to start from the beginning of the 8 times recommended by the staff.
The price is a little high, but it was worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 追加の契約で伺いました。受付横の待合所で契約が交わされ、契約内容も、支払い金額、支払い方法まで全て公開。
契約にあたり個室は無いのかと聞いたら「追加の場合は時短のためここで」とのこと。案内するのにそんなに時間取りますか？
バッグを買うのとは違うのです。プライバシーは無いのでしょうか。安い支払いでもないですし。
細かく質問もしたかったのですが、やはり人目が気になり出来ませんでした。
途中から本当に気持ちがモヤモヤと暗くなりました。
改善すべきです。
契約は交わしましたが、通うのが不安です。

毎日お風呂で自己処理しなきゃいけなかったり、肌に優しい刃のシェーバー探したりジェルを買ったり・・・。
綺麗を保つための労力が大変だったので、プロの方たちに任せちゃおう！と、思い切って通い始めました。
綺麗は努力！と言いますが、プロに頼って自分の負担を軽くして、その分できた余裕を他に回すのも大事だと思います～♪
あと新宿院の移転で以前よりもさらに広く、綺麗になり、この非日常生活空間に来れるのは気分的にもテンションが上がります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的にこのクリニックは時間内に何人施術できるかしか考えておらず、お客様目線ではないと感じた。
施術当日不正出血にて血液が少しだけ出ていたことを伝えると、当日のVIO施術ができないことを伝えられる。（レーザーが血液に反応するためとのこと）しかし、別日に施術してもらえることなどはできず、１回分消化となるとのこと。すでに血液は止まっていることを伝えるも聞いてい頂けず、”契約上決まっているので。”という対応に疑問を感じた。※月経はある程度計算できるが、不正出血はコントロールできません。
他のクリニックなどでは、振替してくれる所もあるので、あえてこのクリニックを選ばなくてもよいと感じた。
