★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初からドラム洗浄を数回押したにもかかわらず洗浄せずに空回りを始めちゃって、コールセンターに電話したら遠隔で機械の操作や状況を判断して無人返金も出来る様にしてくれた。いつも室内は綺麗だし、遠隔対応サービスも最高。
Even though I pressed drum washing several times from the beginning, I started spinning without washing, and when I called the call center, I could remotely judge the operation of the machine and the situation and also provide unmanned refund. The room is always clean and the remote support service is great.
