ト	トカゲ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2021/01/20 19時頃)普通の格好で普通に買い物をしていただけなのですが、茶髪ロングで巻いた髪をポニーテールにしている身長150後半の店員が監視するように私の後ろをさりげなく着いてきたりジーッとこちらを見たりしてきて非常に不快でした。明らかに接客のために声をかけようか迷いながらのチラ見ではなかったです。コロナで直接顔につけてのテスター禁止と言っている割にテスター用の使い捨てアイシャドウチップが置いてあったりと意図が分かりにくく、勘違いしていたら上記店員からとても感じの悪い注意をされました。ここで買い物し利益に貢献するのが嫌だったので原宿のエチュードハウスに行きましたがそちらは品揃えも接客も良かったです。ルミネエスト店には二度と行きません。 (Around 19:00 on January 20, 2021) I was just shopping normally in a normal fashion, but I was behind me as a clerk in the latter half of height 150 who had long brown hair and curled hair as a ponytail. I didn't want to shop here and contribute to profits, so I went to Etude House in Harajuku, where the product lineup and customer service were good. I will never go to the LUMINE EST store.
