J	Jenna Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, beautiful displays, large. But honestly I’m so tired of how slow the service is at not just this Lush, but every lush I’ve been to in Japan. Most of us just want to pay, put our stuff in a bag and go, we don’t want to stand there for 10 minutes while the staff do the slowest ever rituals. Seriously, the service is like if you go to YSL or some other luxury goods store, which makes you feel special the first time, but not when it’s hot, you’re tired and you just wanted to get your face wash, throw it in a bag and leave
P	Phoenix_ Rising on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful, spacious and nicely designed Lush store. The staff is excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful AND actually speaks English! As always almost all products can be tested in the store, in perfect alignment with the overall Lush Concept. Would highly recommend this store also to first time customers, since the staff is well trained and will give an all-round consultation.
L	Liz La Londe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple stories of amazing products and staffers! This is the largest Lush I've ever been to, and it was amazing! There are a bunch of products only available in Japan here so make sure to bring your money and stock up! They had 4 floors and each one contained a different type of product. The store was immaculate and like all Lush stores, you can try out most products. The staff spoke English, so if you needed help, they can help out. Check out was easy and painless (minus the total cost, but it's Lush, we all know how pricey things are, but it's worth it!).

This store is really big and has many great options. Apparently this is one of two stores in the world that has their make up line?

Loved their fun and interactive hands-on displays where you could try out their different products. All of the staff were very friendly, while some were a little timid, many were wonderful at communicating with us in English. We learned that although the brand is available internationally, there are certain products that are special limited releases for the Shinjuku store. Awesome product designs, wonderful layout and displays, very fun vibe and lively ambience. Definitely recommended for beauty, hygiene, and skincare product lovers.
N	Netra Parab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally you can try their makeup especially the foundations, lipsticks & contour sticks which weren’t available. The space is massive and well spread out. They seem to have a wider range of perfumes too compared to other stores. In case you’re visiting with someone not interested in LUSH, they can sit in the music corner on the 2nd floor

We were looking a “body mask,” the staff brought over a big silver bowl with warm water and applied a generous portion of the “body mask” on our hands. Certainly made our hands feel smoother. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This place does tax-free.

I would like to express my special thank you to this sweet girl, even though I don't know her name, but her excellent customer service brighten my Halloween??
