答えは『この場で解約し、新規申し込みを別に自分で室さて下さい』だった。
新規だと新たに待機期間が発生するし、契約者不利益だから保険法なり、金融庁の監督し差損に抵触する法令違反じゃないなさかなぁ…だから上司に聞いて！っとお願いしました。
電話越しの女性は、『そのようなお客様の声が多く…私たちも困っています』だった。
折り返しの男性は『私たちは別会社なので分からないのです』だった。
会社に確認を要請したがその後の連絡はなし。
この会社やすいけど保険は知らない。多分支払いトラブルも容易に予測できるので解約して、別の会社に変えました。待機期間は発生するけど、我が家の犬は若いので多分耐えられる。早めに楽天から手を引くことにしました。
