別の調剤薬局を利用しています。
クレジットカード決済できないので、かなりの機会損失をしていると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく待ち時間が非常に長い
隣の皮膚科以外の処方だと待ち時間が非常に長い。待ち人数が０人なのに40分以上待たされる。
その間、他の皮膚科受診の客はさっさと呼ばれ続けるので軽く10人は順番を抜かされる。
地下で薬剤の準備をし、受付階で確認をしているが、毎回毎回薬剤の不足や誤りがある様子でタイムロスが多い。

If it is a prescription other than the next dermatologist, the waiting time is very long. Even though the number of people waiting is 0, I have to wait for 40 minutes or more.
During that time, other dermatologists continue to be called quickly, so 10 people are lightly overtaken.
I prepare the medicine in the basement and check it on the reception floor, but there is a lot of time loss due to lack of medicine and mistakes every time.

薬学管理指導料は一律との返答を受けました。これは理解しました。
一方で、明確な症状の確認や質疑応答への合意形成もないまま、医師の意図など患者が回答に窮する質問を感じ悪い態度で重ねられた。ただでさえ病気で気分の下がっているなか、後味の悪い対応を寄せられたことは事実と書き残します。
患者から聞きたい情報を聞き出したいのであれば、そういったトークをすればよいのでは。
