す	すむすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ものすげー感じ悪いババァがいる。保険の仕組みとか全然わかってない。なんで薬局で働けてるのかなぞ。そして、なぜか客にたいして喧嘩ごしで、最悪。周りに他にも処方箋あるで、わざわざここに行かない方がいい。 I have a bad feeling that I feel bad. There are other prescriptions around, so it is better not to go here.
m	maxion0525 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師によって対応に大きな差がある。ありすぎ。ブン○りたくなるような対応をする薬剤師もいれば、これぞ神対応!としか言いようがない対応をしてくださる薬剤師もいらっしゃる。前者は推定35歳以下の女性薬剤師に多い。ウチでは取り扱いがない薬の処方箋を持ってきたと逆ギレされた時と、会計を優先して返却された保険証をしまうことを後回しにした時とレジ袋有料化以降に袋はどうしますか？と質問されて袋はありますと答えた時にキレられたのは、わけがわからなかった。恐ろしいことにキレてきた薬剤師は全て別の人物。大人相手に教育しろとは言えないが、薬局側はその手の人間を雇用していることをどう考えているのだろう？新宿駅近くにあり利便性が高いので成立しているような殿様商売の調剤薬局。 (2020/10/26追記) 薬局内が混み合っている際に死角にある座席への誘導もせずに、立って待っている人に座って待っていてください!と怒鳴りつける30代半ばくらいの女性薬剤師に不快感。この人は薬局内で一番態度が悪い。 ○○にして欲しいと考えているくらい。 (2021/6/12追記) 子どもにおつかいを頼むレベルの話(説明)をしても理解できずにキレてくる女性薬剤師がいる。よく国家試験に受かったなと思う。 There is a big difference in response depending on the pharmacist.
