以前評価証明書を委任状で取得申請に出向いた際、法人の印鑑については代表取締役印でないと受け付けることはできない、かたくなに受け付けていただくことができませんでした。依頼者本人に確認したところ、まぎれもない代表印であり、間違いありませんでした。窓口で対応していた年配の女性は非常に感じが悪く、上司の方も出てきましたが受け付けていただくことができませんでした。翌日、ほかの都税事務所で申請したところ、速やかに取得できました。いったい何だったのでしょうか。とにかくここには二度と行かないようにしています。まだあの対応した年配の女性はいるのでしょうか。非常に対応が悪く、思い出すといまだに怒りがおさまりません。

Previously, when I went to apply for an evaluation certificate with a power of attorney, I could not accept the seal of a corporation unless it was the representative director's seal. When I checked with the client himself, it was an unmistakable representative seal, and there was no doubt. The elderly woman who was at the counter was very uncomfortable, and my boss came out, but I couldn't accept it. The next day, when I applied for it at another city tax office, I was able to obtain it promptly. What on earth was it? Anyway, I try not to go here again. Is there still an older woman who responded? It's very poorly responsive and I still can't stop angry when I remember.

未成熟なオンライン手続きで数回の再提出。（説明を全て読んでも説明がされていないので初回の再提出は回避不可能。）事務員もオンライン化に慣れていないのか、人為的ミスも高い確率で遭遇する。
同じような書類を何枚も作らされる。何度も同じ住所や法人名を記載して押印する。オンライン化の前にその無駄な仕組みからメスを入れるべきだろう。提出先が違うから？内容は同じだから、そっちでコピーすれば済む話だろう。
双方が無駄な事に無駄な時間を使う。こういう積み重ねが国力の低下に繋がる。
いつまでこのような体制を続けるのか。司法書士以外は誰も得をしないこの煩雑な手続きと仕組みの見直しを願う。

Both sides waste time doing wasteful things. This kind of accumulation leads to a decline in national power.
How long will such a system be maintained? I hope that this complicated procedure and mechanism, which no one but a judicial scrivener will benefit from, will be reviewed.
