m	mayu m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳が出るようになり市販の風邪薬で様子をみていたがおさまらず、こちらで以前腰痛を見てもらっていたので電話をして予約を取りみていただきました。いつもより少し熱があり(37度)すぐにPCR検査をしていただけました(医師が判断したため費用はかかりませんでした) 翌日結果がわかり幸いにも陰性でした。先生は優しくテキパキとみていただき不安いっぱいでしたがホッとしました。ただ受け付けのスタッフ？看護師？の方の対応がとても残念で...発熱外来でしたので病院についたら外のインターフォンを鳴らしたのですが、出て来た感じが怖い。汚いものを見るような感覚で、差し出した保険証も触りたくないような応対で、あとカルテ記入も外の椅子に座って書こうとしたら裏に回って下さいと屋根もない裏側外に追いやられた。そちらは椅子はなく立って記入しました。熱が高くなかったのでまだ耐えられましたが、雨が降っていたり高熱の場合どうしたらよいのか...弱ってる時だからこそ余計にきつかったです I started coughing and was watching with over-the-counter cold remedies, but it didn't stop and I had a backache before, so I called and made an appointment.
