★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿区立淀橋第二小学校の跡地に、建てられた貸し会議室主体のビル。なので、建物前には小学校跡を示す石碑や、3階には小学校の展示コーナーがある。このように、過去の歴史を大切にしていることには、好感が持てる。
母校がなくなっても、この地で学び、そして遊び、たくさんの思い出が詰まっているのだから。また、平成15年竣工で新しいので、トイレなどのバリアフリー化が図られているのも、ポイントが高い。尚、デベロッパーは、みずほ信託銀行さん。
This building is mainly a rental conference room on the site of Shinjuku-ku Yodobashi Daini Elementary School. So there is a stone monument showing the ruins of the elementary school in front of the building, and an exhibition corner of the elementary school on the third floor. As you can see, cherishing past history has a positive effect.
Even if my alma mater is gone, I still have lots of memories, learning and playing here. In addition, since it was completed in 2003 and is new, toilets and other barrier-free facilities are being pursued. The developer is Mizuho Trust & Banking.

1階にはエクシオールカフェがあり、それ以外にレストランはありません。
ビルの近くにコンビニ多数、レストラン等は複数あります。
京王プラザホテル、コンビニには道路を渡れば数秒で到着します。

You can reach Keio Plaza Hotel and convenience stores in a few seconds by crossing the road.

・換気が弱く、夏場は蒸し風呂状態です。
・手洗いの排水口からはヘドロの悪臭が漂います。
定期的にパイプ掃除用のジェルを流せばいいのに。。。
Toilets are deadly, not only on the first floor but also on other floors.
・ Ventilation is weak and it is in a steam bath in the summer.
・ There is a foul odor of hedro from the drain of the hand wash.
I wish I could run the pipe cleaning gel on a regular basis. .. ..
