K	Kiyoshi Y (ace222) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼、開店時間直後に伺いました。先客2、後客ゼロ。担々麵と半チャーハンを頂きました。ネット情報からは、日式中華か本格系中華か判断付かなかったのだけれど、どっちか言えば本格系ですかね。本格系の品名が羅列されたメニュー表があったのですが、このメニュー表は写真NGと言われてしまったので、紹介できないのが残念。本格系の店ですが、担々麵は川崎街中華な溶き卵タンタンです。見た目こそ、オーソドックスな溶き卵坦々な画ですが、辛いです。そして味複雑です。麺は細麺ですが、固めでお願いしたのでしっかりしてましたが、でも太麺の方が合いそうな気はしました。店舗北側に駐車場が３台分あるのですが、とても入れにくいのと、お値段がちとお高めですね。 I visited on Sunday afternoon just after the opening time. The noodles are thin noodles, but they were firm because I asked for it to be firm, but I felt that thick noodles seemed more suitable. There are 3 parking lots on the north side of the store, but it's very difficult to enter and the price is high.
f	fuelmaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ポテンシャルの高いお店ですね。味の好みは千差万別ですが、注文する品によってはドストライクな予感がする。そんなお店です。そとから拝見すると、明かりが控えているのでしょうか、「やっているかな？」と思いますが、しっかりと「営業中」。本日のサービスランチはオール８５０円ですが、店内に入るとタンタンメンが１，３８０円！？値段の振れ幅に圧倒されてしまいました。ここは、サービスランチの特製塩ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットを頼んでみました。厨房から、小気味よく中華鍋を振る音が聞こえてきて期待が高まります。まずは、半チャーハン。結構なボリュームですね。しっかりと炒められているのは良くわかるのですが、焦げているのか焦がしているのかが分からない感じ。ちょっと、焦げ臭い感じがしました。（味の好みは千差万別ですが）チャーハン好きな私ですが、残してしまいました。特製塩ラーメンが着丼するとビックリ一面緑の野菜が敷き詰められています。店員さんによると、サラダ用の春菊とのこと、スープに浸してお召し上がりくださいとのアドバイスを受けました。ちなみに、具は春菊のみでした。正直、この手のラーメンは苦手です。というのも、スープが温くなってしまうからです。少し、テンションが下がりぎみになりましたが、直ぐに自分の考えが間違っていることに気づきます。めっちゃうまい！麺よりも春菊をワシワシと食べてしまいました。なんといってもスープが旨い。複雑な中華スープで、なるほど。スープの材料代にお金をかけておられるのですね。と納得の金額設定。これはと思い立ち、肉まんをお土産で頂きました。こちらの手作りで、ひき肉ではなく豚のブロック肉が角煮よりも歯ごたえを残した感じで煮込まれた餡がタップリ入って３５０円。電子レンジでもOKなので気軽に本格肉まんを楽しめました。ご馳走様でした。 It's a store with high potential.
