もやしそばと、五目ワンタンメンを頂きました。
もやしそばは、モヤシの他、ピーマン人参とかの具材豊富な餡かけ。量はたっぷり、味付けは甘目で、汁まですっかり甘くなるので好み別れますかね。
五目ワンタンメンは、もうあれこれてんこ盛り。ワンタンが目立たなくなるぐらいチャーシューや半熟卵がデーンと盛られる。
味付けは結構薄め。
I arrived at 11:00 on Sunday afternoon. First customer, zero later customers.
I got bean sprouts soba and gomen wontonmen.
The bean sprouts are bean jam with a rich variety of ingredients such as carrots and peppers. The amount is plentiful, the seasoning is sweet, and the soup becomes so sweet that you can choose it.
The 5th Wontonmen is already full. Char siu and soft-boiled eggs are piled up so that wonton won't stand out.
The seasoning is fairly thin.
