★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たり前ですが良いことばかり言う。悪いところはあまり説明しない。書類に不備があり印鑑持ってこいだとか、家賃の引き落としは最初だけ振込するよう言われていたが、2ヶ月目も振込むよう言われた。あとはネットの契約なんかも説明されたものと全然違っていて非常に腹立った。次はエイブルには行かないわ

I was told that the documents were incomplete and I brought my seal, and that I was told to transfer the rent only at the beginning, but I was also told to transfer it for the second month. Also, the internet contract was completely different from what was explained, which made me very angry. I won't go to Able next time

申し込み後もその後の流れを紙でくれるなど、分かりやすくて良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵新城駅周辺の不動産屋に3件行ったがココが一番良かったです。初期費用の見積もりが一番安く、また物件数も多いと感じました。
他の不動産屋で紹介された物件はネットにも載っているものがほとんどだったが、エイブルは違いました。シビアな条件の物件探しでしたが満足できる物件を見つけてもらいました。
I went to 3 real estate agents around Musashi-Shinjo station, but here was the best. I felt that the initial cost estimate was the cheapest and the number of properties was large.
Most of the properties introduced by other real estate agents are also listed on the internet, but ABLE was different. I was looking for a property with severe conditions, but I was asked to find a property that I was satisfied with.

担当によってはすごく適当。
細かい説明もないので、こちらから聞いたりしないといけない。
契約後も話が変わったりして初期費用も結局高くなった。
ましてや鍵の受渡の時間も当日まで連絡がないので
催促しないといけなかったりした。
すべてにおいて基本的に先に連絡がくることはないです。
ある程度引っ越し経験がある人ならまだしも
初めて借りる人ならオススメしません。
普段なら書かないけどあまりにも口コミとは違って雑さを感じたので書きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving in was not a problem but when we moved out, they were not as responsive as the beginning. We always have to go directly to the shop and ask about stuffs but never meet the person in charge of our house. At first they told us to transfer the last days rent directly to the owner but didn't give any information about the bank account. They told us to check the monthly payment bill but we used epos card service so no owner bank account. I went there again and explained to them I used epos card service so they told me the bank account and to call epos card to see if I need to do anything with epos card. Epos card then told me differently, paying full rent to them and the owner will refund the rest to me. Epos card called Able and told me I just need to wait for phone call from Able. No phone calls!! Again I had to go there and asked them again about what happened. They said they will tell the owner to refund us by the end of May. It's almost the end of July now and we still haven't received a single yen. I called them twice about this and the person in charge is always not there. We still haven't received the deposit either.
They clearly treat you nice when they want you to sign the contract, but when you end the contract you have to beg them for your money back.

The shop can provide many rooms for foreigners. And also provide rooms which are undisclosed on internet. I signed my contract at the day I went to the shop since the staff in charge found me a perfect room.
