穴子の握りはあぶってあって、今まで食べた穴子寿司のなかで、一番美味しかったです。

持ち帰りの折は、正統な経木の折で大将のこだわりが感じられます。
もちろん味の方も最上級で、ちらしの切り身は大ぶりで新鮮。
あなごに至っては、口に入れた途端にホロリと崩れ、とろける旨さです。
あなごは煮穴子を焙ってから握ってあるようでとても香ばしい !
誠実な大将の人柄といい、遠くから行った甲斐があったというものです。

機会が有れば行ってみたいと思っていました。
大正村に行ってから、お昼を食べる所をマップで探していて明智にある事に気づき飛び込みで入りました。
ランチの1.100円の握りは美味しく、ボリュームもありコスパ最高です。
穴子が有名だった事に食べてから気が付いたのは残念です。

お店で、ふわふわのあなご寿司を頂きたいのですが、時節柄テイクアウトです。
自宅でも遜色ない食感と味に満足です。
並３人前+あなご1人前で5600円でした。

まずランチですが、圧巻のボリュームで、これだけでお腹一杯!!
問題の穴子ですが、店主曰く「今日は、最高の穴子が入ってます。」
ランチのお寿司の前にまず一貫、
む、むむ。穴子が溶けた?!
で、めちゃ旨い‼️
残りのもう一貫は最後に食べるつもりが、あまりの旨さに、お腹一杯になる前に食べちゃいました。
明智町に行ったなら、明智駅から徒歩５分の「新花寿司」でランチ&穴子二貫を是非ご注文を‼️
