息子さんのヨシ君が作るガリもすごい美味しいです。
幸せを感じることができるお寿司屋さんです。
おつまみやお酒やお寿司がどれだけ美味しいかは別の方のレビューを参考にしていただくとして・・・
私は店主の和知さんが素敵すぎてファンになってしまいました。
初めてお伺いさせていただいたときはとても緊張しましたが、和知さんが優しく声をかけてくださり、魚の産地や調理法を教えてくださるのですぐに緊張が和らいでいきました。
若輩者の私としてはお寿司屋さんは敷居が高いイメージですが、和知さんはお客さんに寄り添ってくださるのでとても居心地のよい空間です。
ご紹介してくださった方は小判寿司のヘビーユーザーですが、和知さんは毎回メニューを変えるべく料理の引き出しを増やしまくっているそうで、何度来ても飽きないそうです。むしろ益々好きになる。
大切な方と大事な時間を充実して過ごすにはピッタリのお寿司屋さんだと思います。

The owner, Mr. Wachi, was so nice that I became a fan.
When I first visited, I was very nervous, but Mr. Wachi kindly spoke to me and told me about the origin of the fish and how to cook it, so the tension soon eased.
As a young person, the sushi restaurant has a high threshold, but Wachi is a very comfortable space because he is close to the customers.
The person who introduced me is a heavy user of oval sushi, but Mr. Wachi seems to be increasing the number of drawers of dishes to change the menu every time, and he seems to never get tired of coming. Rather, I like it more and more.
I think it's a perfect sushi restaurant to spend a good time with your loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べたお寿司の中で、一番おいしかったです。
平日のお昼に予約もなしで行ってしまいましたが、席は空いており、店の方々も快く受け入れてくださいました。
どのお寿司も産地や食べ方の説明をしてくださるので、私のような食通ではない人でも楽しみ方がわかり、そういう接客もとても良かったです。
干ぴょう巻ですらこれまで食べたことないような味わいで、おどろきました（ここを強調して口コミを書くのもなんですが（笑））。
今回は、友人と二人でいきましたが、とても良いお店だったので、今度は家族を連れて行こうと思います。
楽しみが増えた気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郡山から水郡線で1時間くらい行ったところの磐城棚倉駅から徒歩10分くらいのところにあるお寿司屋さん。
休日の夜にお伺いしました。
郡山駅も降りたの初めてだったので、こちらの磐城棚倉も初めて来ました。駅前に謎のハートの撮影スポットがあるけどなんの脈絡もなくラブラブスポット現れた。
駅前はそれだけです。
お店の内装はいわゆる地方寿司て感じのタイル床にツルッとした気のカウンター。
おまかせコースで13,000円のもの。これが1番高いコース。
つまみ8品握り11カンと巻物でかなりコスパ良い?
天草で取れたカツオが食べたことない食感でクリュンクリャンしてた。
鱈の白子とカラスミとご飯のやつが、白子とカラスミベストマッチで美味でした(๑・‿・๑)
握りのシャリは地方ぽいかなりマイルド系。ネタの味が引き立ちます。
ネタは天草とか根室とか全国から良いものを入れててマグロは塩釜のマグロだっためちゃうまだった。
昔はこの時期はもっと北じゃないとマグロ取れなかったけどだんだん南下してきたらしいなんか。
大将はめちゃくちゃ気さくな人で色々話してくれるし、他の色んな有名店の大将とも繋がりのある顔の広い大将だった(๑・‿・๑)
山奥まで来る価値あるお店でした！
でもできれば便利なとこに来てくれ。
