T	T MASUDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮津のうどんを中心とした和食屋さんです。場所はホテル丹後近くで飲み屋などが近くにある、ある意味で宮津の飲食街の中にあります。ミップルの近くで、駅からは10〜15分くらいは歩きます。駐車場もあるようですが、大体ミップルや道の駅駐車場に停めて、買い物ついでに来るという人が多いと思います＾＾店内はカウンターちょっと、お座敷二つ、テーブルが数席と、地元の定食屋規模です。2人で切り盛りされてるようで、お昼など混み時は店員さんが割とてんやわんやされてます（苦笑）一品ものが500円〜1000円で、定食やセットは1000円ちょっと超えるって感じです＾＾セットものは小鉢やデザートがあっての値段なので、コスパ高いと思います^ - ^ うどんは手打ちのようで、コシがあって美味しいです＾＾コロナ時期は昼のみですが、平時は夜もやっているのがありがたいです。宮津のうどん屋は昼だけというのが多いですし^ - ^ 行ったのは昼だけですが、落ち着いたら夜も行ってみたいです＾＾ It is a Japanese restaurant centered on Miyazu udon noodles. There were many seasonal cold dishes as well as the standard udon soba noodles. The udon was a little thick but chewy and delicious. It was a feast.

He is very patient and friendly. We have been to many places in Japan and visited different restaurants and shops. We were disappointed by how Japanese people in big cities like Kyoto and Tokyo mistreat visitors from overseas. He has changed our opinion towards Japan. Speaking of food we had tonight, everything is well balanced. Udon noodle is elastic and the soup tastes just about perfect. You also must try the pudding and salad. They are with high quality and a bit surprise. At the end of our dinner, the boss brought us a dish of mandarins as a gift. His hospitality really moved us. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know who travels to Miyazu. Food quality is important. However, the attitude of the chef is the special ingredient that makes the food shine.
