T	TK jam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋葉区の公共文化会館有名な建築家を採用していて施工も全国規模のゼネコンに発注、僅かに下請けで県内企業も入っている。個人的に税金使って地域の為に作るんだから、設計施工は基本新潟以外の業者にやらせないでほしい。新潟市民の建物なんだから出来れば県内（市内）企業でお願いしたい。建物は使い勝手よりデザイン重視です。 Akiha Ward Public Cultural Center It employs a famous architect and orders construction from a nationwide general contractor, and some companies in the prefecture are also subcontracted. I personally use taxes to make it for the area, so please do not let a contractor other than Niigata do the design and construction. Since it is a building of Niigata citizens, I would like to ask a company in the prefecture (city) if possible. The building emphasizes design rather than usability.
