★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在もアパートに住んでますが、メンテナンスの杜撰な管理と営業の応対力の無さに呆れ果てますね。ここの管理アパートとか家を建てない方が賢明だと思います。電話とかでも平気で嘘つきますよ。社長が掲げてるホームページの言葉も全て綺麗事を書いてるだけです。この会社はアフターフォローとか最悪だと感じてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋紹介から入居まではとても快い対応をしてくれる。しかし、退去の際は180度真逆の対応に心が折れた。立会日を規定通り前に申出て、日取りを打合せしていたにも関わらず、当日時間になっても来ず、電話をすると「そうですか、では何時がよいですか？」とたいした謝罪もなく担当営業と修繕責任者が来た。その際も「すみませんね」程度の謝罪。挙句には室内で喫煙していないにも関わらず、壁紙が少し変色していると判断され総額8万円以上の請求をされた。引越時立込んでいてやむなく泣き寝入りで支払ったが非常に不条理な最後であったことは今でも残念である。
