途中で出入りする営業？の社員とかも挨拶もしない。
お客様が神様だとは言わないけど、あしらわれるように対応されて凄く後味が悪い。
ここで既に低評価が付いているのが納得できる。

でも、車庫証明に3,000円掛かったり、振り込みではなく直に行ったら手数料500円だって??
意外と不快な会社！
どこか壊れた時に金を払う様に言われたけど、管理会社では本来そう言った事は無いらしい。

303号室の坊やがうるさい。
最初の頃は他の部屋の人もクレームは出したんだろうけど、最近じゃ誰からも何も言われないのか音楽を夜中までかけまくってうるさすぎる。
今現在、22時58分うるさいガキだ。
不動産会社じゃなく警察じゃなきゃだめなのかな。
