s	san kappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策OKとのことで予約して行きましたが、予約時には4人ずつ3テーブルだと案内され安心して行ったら、2テーブル4人席？に6人ずつになっていて予約内容と違いました。 HPの店内写真のようにキレイではありませんし、アルコール消毒も置いて無いし、部屋も地下でスマホが全く使えません。これは流石に星1、、料理がどうこう以前の問題、2度と行かない店です。 I made a reservation because it was OK to take measures against corona, but when I made a reservation, I was told that there were 3 tables for 4 people each, and if I went with confidence, would it be 2 tables for 4 people? 大	大介植崎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少人数での新年会。喫煙可能とかなって喫煙席選んだのに喫煙席はおろかスペースもなく、あげく外で吸えって灰皿すらない。しかも肉寿司かチラシ寿司の選択は現地でって、聞かれてもないのに勝手にチラシ寿司だして、何も言わないとチラシですって…食べ放題の内容もなんか違うし、もう行きません。 New Year party with a small number of people. お	おつよはあーん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総評、明らかにスタッフへの教育不足。 2021年12月18日20時以降に来店。 ①店の電光看板が地下への階段に。本来は屋外に出すものでは？階段が非常に狭くて不便だった。 ②入り口の消毒用アルコールがずっと空。 ③スタッフ男性（外国人男性、茶髪、チャンピオンのスエット着用）が、無言で料理をテーブルに置くいていく。ラストオーダーも聞かれず、突然会計レシートを無言で置いていく。 ④スタッフ男性（③の茶髪外国人）が、マスクを下ろして店内移動。 ⑤退店時にまともに「ありがとうございました」もない。こちらからご馳走様と声をかけて、機械的なアリガトウゴザイマシタ。その足で、自分用のお箸を仲間達のいるテーブル席へ。奥で自分達の食事か晩酌を始めるもよう。結論：やっつけ仕事もいいところ。最低限のホスピタリティも見られず。このコロナ禍での衛生面への意識皆無。料理の味は、、、いたって普通。外国人でも、もっとまともな応対が出来るお店はあります。この肉浜って店は、どういうスタッフ教育してんだって話です。正直、リピートは考えられないかな。 Overall, apparently lack of education for staff.
