他の方々のレビューを見る限りは、窓口の方の対応はよろしいようですが、住宅ローンの担当者に関しては、事実確認やそれに対する説明も果たせない方が相手になるので、時間と気力が無駄に奪われます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日夕方、急ぎだった為記帳だけしようとATM利用の際に通帳が飲み込まれてしまい電話をし、お待ちくださいと言われて何分待っても中々来てくれず再度電話したらやっと来てくれました。
電話の時に急ぎなので早くお願いしますと言ったのにゆっくりのっそり中年の女性が登場しました。
謝罪も無く、気が利かなく、臨機応変に対応出来ない感じ。
それからもうこちらは利用しないようにしています。
機械の故障は仕方ないにしても対応が悪すぎる。
本当最低。
