菅	菅原449 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新橋にある老舗の焼き豚推し居酒屋さん。後輩の新橋ソムリエに教えてもらって来店。焼き豚の串盛り合わせとにらたま(本店のみ)、山芋系のおつまみが特に美味しかった。一軒目でも梯子酒の時でもどっちでもいいけど、人気店なので一軒目推奨。にらたまがホント美味しくて思わずふふっとなっちゃうので是非食べて欲しい。 A long-established izakaya with roast pork in Shimbashi. I came to the store after being taught by my junior Shimbashi sommelier. Assorted grilled pork skewers and Niratama (main store only), The yam-based snacks were especially delicious. It doesn't matter whether it's the first restaurant or a pub crawl, but it's a popular restaurant, so the first restaurant is recommended. Niratama is really delicious and it makes me fluffy, so please try it.

A	Ashley Souther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Anthony Bordain hasn't been here, he needs to go. This is the place if you want to go to an out of the way badass place that not many people know about. Makochan is the name, Yakiton is the game as they serve up the bits that one usually associates with eating and those that you dont. And theyre all good. Packed until late, salt of the earth crown, definitely worth the search and I suggest drinking the local specialty Hoppy in place of beer.
Z	Zeno Cavallari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun and energizing izakaya, you have to come with a japanese friend because they DON'T have a english menu. We can find some non ordinary pork skewers, such as pork heart, pork liver, pork trachea, chicken liver.

The bacon wrap with cheese is a must try. Avoid the garlic bread as it becomes rock hard when it cools down.
