Went for lunch and while we were looking at the menu, which is written in difficult to read Japanese calligraphy kanji, the waiter shouted at us to order. And since we hadn't decided, it took a few seconds for us to get back. However, within that few seconds, the waiter managed to lean quite close to our ear and shout again on our face to order as if we were deaf. Also, later when I asked for water, he brought it and slammed it on the table so hard that the water spilled. Of course, he didn't bother to utter any word. Giving one star instead of zero because zero is not possible. Also food was edible.
