平日の8:30、モーニングセットをいただきました。
カウンターとテーブルで30席くらいありますが、空いていて、静かでゆっくりできます。
A place for morning
We had morning set at 8:30 on weekdays.
There are about 30 seats at the counter and the table, but it's vacant and quiet and you can relax.

目立たないですが、清潔なお店ですよね。
I recommend the fluffy hamburger. There are not many restaurants where you can have lunch, so there are many places here and there for lunch.
It's unnoticeable, but it's a clean shop.

ハンバーグを頼みましたが、これぐらいなら自分で作ったほうが美味しいと思います。
サービスはよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古式ゆかしく瀟洒な喫茶店『メルシィー』で、静かで落ち着いた朝の時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
全国生衛会館という、理容・美容・旅館・飲食業等の「生活衛生関係」企業様の自主的活動を促進するための団体などなどが入ってらっしゃるビルの１階に、私の大好物THE昭和な風情の喫茶店を発見し、伺いました。
さすが公衆衛生を守られている団体さんが入られているビルです、２０００年築と新しいからだけでなく、清潔感が段違い。きれいに整えられた店内です。
早速『モーニングセット６８０円（２０２１年１月 ホットドリンク選択時）』を注文、トースト＋目玉焼き＋サラダ＋ヨーグルトとドリンクのセットで、アイスドリンクを注文すると＋２０円とのこと。ドリンクは珈琲・紅茶・ミルクから選ぶことが出来ます。
早速サーブ頂くと、分厚いトーストがメインのお皿が登場、頂くと割と固めズッシリのトーストで美味しいです。
ヨーグルトは甘目でホッとするお味、朝から心が穏やかに整います。
６８０円という価格が中々私にはお高く、気軽にお寄りするには敷居が高いのですが、清潔な店内で朝の時間をゆっくり過ごすには素晴らしい場所かと思います。
また、禁煙席・喫煙席がハッキリと別れているようにお見受けしたのでおタバコをお吸いにならない方も、吸われる方にもご利用しやすいかと思います。
We spent a quiet and calm morning at the old-fashioned and elegant coffee shop "Mercy".
My favorite food, THE Showa, is on the first floor of the National Seiei Kaikan, a building that houses groups for promoting the voluntary activities of "life hygiene-related" companies such as barbers, beauty salons, inns, and restaurants. I found a coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and visited it.
As expected, it is a building that houses an organization that protects public health. Not only is it new since it was built in 2000, but it also has a different sense of cleanliness. It is a neatly arranged store.
Immediately order "Morning set 680 yen (when hot drink is selected in January 2021)", toast + fried egg + salad + yogurt and drink set, and if you order an iced drink, it will be +20 yen. Drinks can be selected from coffee, tea and milk.
When you serve it immediately, a plate with a thick toast as the main dish appears, and when you receive it, it is delicious with a relatively firm toast.
Yogurt has a sweet and relaxing taste, and the mind is calm from the morning.
The price of 680 yen is high for me, and it is a high threshold to drop by casually, but I think it is a wonderful place to spend the morning time in a clean shop.
In addition, it seems that the non-smoking and smoking seats are clearly separated, so I think that it is easy for people who do not smoke and those who smoke.

平日ランチは15時まで営業です。
珍しいドリンクメニュー、「シャリマティー」
「ロシアティー」「ウイスキーティー」なんかも
あって次回飲んでみたい。
