T	Tsuyo Taka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お通しで、毛蟹が一杯(2人で)でますが、ちょいと水っぽい、旨味が逃げちゃってる感じです。季節柄でたまたまなのか… 3500円のセットにザンギ、白子焼き、じゃがバター、ミニいくら丼を頂きましたが、そちらはとても美味しかったです。 It is full of hair crabs (with 2 people), It's a bit watery and it feels like umami has escaped. 杉	杉エギル・ダッチ・モーフィアス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [ラーメンショップというより家系に近い] うまいラーメンショップ、、通称ラーショ。真っ赤な看板に[うまい]の文字でお馴染みのお店ですが、少し前から新橋ビルの地下通りの看板にあのマークを発見、[とうとう新橋にもラーショができたのか]と気になっていたのですがどうやらランチタイム限定で[ラーショ風]のラーメンをだしてますということで本業は蟹がメインの居酒屋のようです。お味のほうは本家のネギラーメンと比較するとネギの味わいがかなり違いますし、麺も太麺でどちらかというと家系ラーメンのような感じ。まぁ、ラーショ自体がチェーン店とは思えないほどお店によって味がまちまちなので、なんとも言えないのですがここのネギラーメンのネギはかなり味が違う(クマノテが足りない？)ので本家の味わいを想像していると肩すかしを食らうと思われます。(ラーショのラーメンだと思わなければ気にならないレベルで美味しく頂けます。ラーショ同様に半ライスサービスもあります) 尚、接客についての口コミが非常に多くありましたが私が訪店したとき(ランチ時)は悪いどころか非常に丁寧で明るい接客で好感を持ちました。 [It's more like a family than a ramen shop] A delicious ramen shop, commonly known as rasho. Service not very good, waitress constantly forgot our order but suddenly shoved the rule of order in front of us, making us looking we were there just sitting! Pretty awful service! Will not go again!
