★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土用の丑の日ということで、鰻重(3300円税抜)頂きました。ふっくらとした鰻と重箱にたっぷり敷き詰められたご飯が角が立っており美味しいです。付け合わせの蕗の煮物、卵焼きがとっても上品です。これにデザート、コーヒーが付きます。お店の雰囲気も良くゆっくりとした時間で頂けます。
I got Unagi (3,300 yen excl. The fluffy eel and the rice packed in a heavy box are delicious with their sharp corners. The side dish of simmered butter and fried eggs are very elegant. This comes with dessert and coffee. The atmosphere of the shop is good and you can have a relaxing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要予約。約40分で焼き上げて下さいます。甘すぎず、醤油の香りが際立ってはうなぎもふっくら。このお値段でこれほど美味しいのか・・・感動しました。コロナ対策も行き渡り、接客もうなぎ以上の落着きかも。デザートまですべてに大満足でした。ごちそうさまでした。

このご時世で、寿司屋は、休業の様です。。。さて、宮沢賢治が愛した鰻は、しっとり柔らかく、タレは、ほんのり酸味の効いたサラッとしたタレ、、ご飯は、鰻に合う、見事なサラッとパラっとしっかりしたお米粒。。完璧です。
お漬物も数種盛られ、お吸い物は、肝とフワッととろろ昆布が包んでいて、旨し。卵焼きと煮物、更にデザートとコーヒーまでついて、、
更に、ほんわりとさせて頂けるお母さんの笑顔までついて、、
なんと、リーズナブルなお店なんでしょうか？
