森	森鷹藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2日間の経営計画策定合宿でお世話になりました。参加者は私１人。コロナ対策バッチリ。こちらの経営計画書を見本にして進んで行くが、実際にこの計画書で経営しているだけあり、とても実用的でパクリどころ満載。合宿といっても１日目は午前中、２日目は午後の約3時間ずつ。両日日帰りなので、時間も作りやすいし気楽に参加できる。しかも無料！！そして集客セミナーにありがちな売り込みは一切ナシ（これが一番驚いた）。私も含め、経営者が問題点として意識しているものは、たいがい的が外れているか、その他にも問題点があるものだが、丁寧なヒアリングでそこを明確にあぶり出してくれる。組織対応なので個人経営の税理士事務所とは引き出しの数が違うが、その分顧問料も強気。スポットでの経営相談サービスなどがあれば、もっと利用しやすくなると思う。 Thank you for your support during the two-day management plan formulation training camp.
