★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不正アクセスによる情報流出の件でお問い合わせしました。
専用ダイヤルのコールセンターの方々はしっかりとした対応をしていただけなかったです。また、毎回担当が変わり引き継ぎができていない。紙をただ読んでおり敬語表現が酷く会話になりません。それが何度も続き３日後程対応が続き結果委託業者が今回の対応しているとお話してくださいました。また、コールセンターの方も正社員と聞いていたが、派遣社員とのこと。
最後の委託業者の男性の方も今回の対応は、下請けも委託元もまとまっていないとのこと。
その人も杜撰な管理体制と認めてました。
下請け先の方もコールセンターの教育もそうですが、メタップスペイメントにも問題があると思います。
私は直接お話ししたいとお伝えしたが結論委託先の男性の方が聞いてダメだったとのこと。
通話など勝手に全て録音されており、確認しておりこれだけの対応をされても、メタップスペイメントの担当は対応をされませんでした。
また、ホームページにも同様の内容でメールしましたが返信が来ません。
情報漏洩した会社の対応にしては杜撰過ぎる対応で呆れて驚きました。
このような会社が個人情報を管理していると思うと怖くて仕方ありません。
私の中で初めての経験であり、二度と関わりたくない企業名だと感じました。

The people at the call center with the dedicated dial did not respond properly. Also, the person in charge changes every time and I have not been able to take over. I'm just reading the paper and the honorific expressions are terrible and not conversational. It continued many times, and the response continued about 3 days later. As a result, the contractor told me that this response. Also, I heard that the call center is a full-time employee, but he is a dispatched employee.
The last contractor, the man, said that the response this time was not organized by the subcontractor or the contractor.
That person also admitted that it was a sloppy management system.
As with subcontractors and call center education, I think there is a problem with Metap Payments.
I told you that I would like to talk to you directly, but the conclusion was that the man who was outsourced did not hear it.
All calls and other calls were recorded without permission, and even if I checked and responded to this amount, the person in charge of Metap Payment did not respond.
Also, I sent an email to the homepage with the same content, but I did not receive a reply.
I was amazed and surprised at the response that was too sloppy for the response of the company that leaked information.
It's scary to think that such a company manages personal information.
It was my first experience and I felt that it was a company name that I never wanted to be involved with again.
