★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪市内在住、玄関の土間が盛り上がってきてドアが閉まらなくなったので、管理会社に来てもらったら、建物管理の担当者が『ここの基礎は歪んでるから仕方ないね』っとあっさり発言！
入居した時は、洗面台の取手は外れてて修理もされてないし、壁紙はボロボロになったまま引き渡しでした。
ドアの締まりが悪いので修理をお願いしているのに直してもらえません。
何年か前と最近、建物の横が解体や掘削作業を始め出した時は、連絡の一つくれないままでした。
おかげで、駐車場に止めてた車は粉塵だらけで真っ白になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 条件に合った良い物件を紹介して頂いた。担当者の印象も良く入居を決定。しかし物件の質が有り得ない！上階、隣、更に斜め上階と思われる生活騒音が半端ない！該当居住者に対する注意喚起を希望したが、全戸一斉の注意文のみ。事務的で対応力がない。エアコン故障の依頼に対する対応は半年後・・エアコンの下にバケツを置いて耐えしのいだ。
You introduced us to a good property that meets the conditions. The person in charge made a good impression and decided to move in. However, the quality of the property is impossible! There is no life noise that seems to be on the upper floor, next door, and diagonally above! I wanted to call attention to the resident, but only the warning statement for all households. It is clerical and not responsive. It took six months to respond to a request for an air conditioner failure ... I put a bucket under the air conditioner and it was unbearable.

電話問い合わせは支店に直接出来ず、総括窓口か何かにかかり、直接話も出来ません。
(そもそも入居時に担当者の名前も聞いていない)
アプリでチャット形式の問い合わせがあり、上の階の騒音について相談するも適切な対応なし、騒音も変化なし。
騒音ストレスで頻繁に胃腸炎になり、精神的にも滅入ってます。
現在も騒音は変化なく、対応はシカトされ、返事きたと思ったら担当者不在(同件で3度目)、連絡来ず。
気持ちとしては今すぐに退去したい。
管理会社なのに管理も何も出来ていない。
今の家を退去した後は二度と、、一生関わりたくないです。

とそそのかしてくる。
もし素人オーナーなら
サブリース（一括管理）を頼むのでしょうが
私はお薦めしません。
建築だけがメーカーの仕事では無い。
大きな震災があれば声がけくらいするもの。
世代を超えて長い付き合いがしたいのならば
信頼関係はしっかり築くべき。

営業所の対応が悪かった為、本社に相談したが、所詮同じ大東建託で最悪な対応でした。
ありえない。
話になりません。
CMで選ばれてナンバー１と言っていますが、最低最悪ナンバー１ですね！

何度も何度もインターホンを鳴らす。
窓を外からチェックされ、いないかいるか確認。
ドラマなどでみる借金取りかと思いました。
具合が悪いなどこちらにも事情があるのにも関わらず、何度も何度も本当にストレスです。
管理課主任のせいで精神科へ通うようになりました。
インターホンが鳴るたび怖いです。
問い合わせに連絡しても何も対応なし。
最悪最低です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気にいった賃貸物件が大東建託のものでした。しかし契約書が届いてみると、ガス、電気、火災保険が指定されていました。割高なこれらのサービスを使うことで、年間数万の損失が生じます。実質家賃の値上げに相当します。契約前にしか発覚しないこれらの情報に悪意を感じます。契約書の修正を求めたところ、変えられないとつっぱねられ、契約か契約解消かの2択になりました。
The rental property I liked was from Daito Trust Construction. However, when the contract arrived, gas, electricity, and fire insurance were specified. Using these expensive services can cost you tens of thousands of dollars a year. It is equivalent to a real rent increase. I feel bad about this information, which is only discovered before the contract. When I asked for a revision of the contract, I was told that I couldn't change it, and I had two choices: contract or cancellation.
