小口の支払いで、訪問
→お待ちくださいと言われる
→どの職員も挨拶も何もせず、仕事をしてるのかどうかもわからず、その後少々お待ちくださいも無し。
→10分くらい待ってもなんの対応も声かけもない
→こちらから、「これから予定あるので借りたお金だけ返しますんでもう帰ってもいいですか？」と尋ねたらやっと男性職員が動く
・客(来訪者)を待たせるのはいかがなものか
・待たされるのは理解したとしても、
一声、誰も何もかけてこない。
・こちらから、話しかけて、やっとその対応に動く。
民間企業だったら、死活問題レベルの、この協議会？組織のずさんな体制。
お金を借りてる借りてた身なので感謝はあるものの、他の消費者金融や町金や闇金ウシジマくんの方がまだ、ちゃんと対応してもらえると感じた。
もう2度と足を運びたく無いし、運ばない。このコメントを書いている時間も人生にとって非常に無価値で、無駄で、もったいない。
借りなきゃ良かったと、当時の自分を戒めたい。
その時の私とその対応した男性職員とのやり取りや、光景を現場で、生で見ていた他職員や、そのフロアの最高役職者が、このクチコミを見てどう生まれ変わるのか、
