ベ	ベキ子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの時間帯に利用しましたランチの営業時間は15時までです。しかし、どこにもラストオーダーの記載はありません。 14時15分ぐらいに店内のbgmが切られたのはわらいました。サムギョプサルが食べたかったので注文したんですが、店員さんの声を一切聞いていません笑案内も一切ありません笑日本人ではないことは分かるんですが、韓国に行ったことない私からすると、接客を一切しない愛想も悪い人ばかりなのかな？と思ってしまうので悲しいです。味は普通に美味しかったです。接客で星を増やすことが出来るのにとても残念でした。 I used it during lunch time Lunch is open until 15:00. 金	金本仁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新大久保で料理長をしている友人の強いおすすめで(笑)SHINさんへ。 19時に予約しましたが、オープンしたばかりか空いてました。内装は未完成？と思えるくらいシンプル^_^ 料理はおまかせのみで飲み放題付き。 8000円と1万円コースもあったが、何も知らないのでいちばん安い5000円コースにしました。最初に出てきた磯つぶ貝の塩茹でとキムチ盛りで乾杯。それからかぼちゃ粥とナムル、炙りユッケ寿司が出ました。初めて食べた炙りユッケ寿司は美味。トッカルビと言うハンバーグに似てる料理は直火焼きでSHINさんの名物らしく、とても美味しかった。これだけでも再訪問決定。コースの後半に出てきた肴になるスープは蟹ちゃんぽんで蟹の旨味たっぷりで酒が進む逸品だった。新大久保で有名なちゃんぽんの店より美味しい? マグロの炙りたたき、魚の煮物、直火焼きヤンニョムチキン、オジンオスンデ(韓国風イカ飯)などなど。どれも美味しい。調味料に頼る味付けじゃなく、それぞれの食材の味を生かした味付けでした。 2人で韓国焼酎を3本とビール、ハイボールも飲んで1人5000円は安すぎると思いました。 SHINさんを紹介してくれた料理長の友人に感謝^_^ 食材にこだわり、落ち着いた雰囲気でお酒を飲みたい方におすすめします。 To SHIN-san, strongly recommended by a friend who is the chef at Shin-Okubo (laughs). 加	加来貞国 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と4人で初訪問。飲み放題付きの5000円コースを注文。茹でたてのあたたかい磯つぶ貝美味しかった。新鮮なお刺身(牡蠣、ホヤ、ホタテ、サーモン)が4種類も出てきてびっくり。シェフの郷土料理のスープはシンプルながら美味しかった。ボッサム、トッカルビ、つぶ貝の和え物、炙りユッケ寿司、蟹ちゃんぽんなど次から次へと出てきた。どれも美味しかった。予約制で騒がしくなく、ゆっくり一品一品を楽しむことができた。飲み放題込みで5000円は安い。大満足！ First visit with friends and 4 people. K	Kimchi Prince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忘年会で貸し切りで訪問しました。お料理はどれも美味しかったけど、ピリ辛のイカ炒めは今まで味わった事のない美味しさでした。他の韓国料理屋でも食べられるが、比べ物にならないくらい違いました。海鮮料理が苦手な人が半分くらいいたのでお肉中心にリクエストしましたが、ちゃんと応えてくださり大満足でした。チーズをたっぷり使った若者中心の料理が流行ってる中、真の韓国料理を味わいたい方におすすめします。 I visited by charter at the year-end party.
