★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月に、3歳（推定）になるニャンコさんの為にケーキを購入しました。ネットだと送料が1,000円〜かかり悩んでましたが、こちらのお店で売っていたので助かりました。ワンちゃん用のケーキがほとんどでしたが種類もたくさんあり、ショーケースに入っているケーキは人間のと遜色ないくらいに綺麗で美味しそうでした（他の方が画像載せてくれています）。ちなみに我が家のニャンコさんはケーキはひと舐めしておしまいでした（笑）。2年ほど野良をしていた、さくら猫ですが、猫用ミルクを与えても飲まなかった子なので参考までに。猫用ミルクもこちらで売ってますし、品揃えはかなり良いお店だとおもいます。

陰気な雰囲気が、お店の印象を悪くしてしまうと思います。

トリマーさんによって温かく迎えてくれる人、面倒そうな人がいます。電話も同じです。
先日トリミングをお願いしたら毛玉がひどいとのことで（ブラッシングはしていました）5分500円の毛玉料金を10000円分払いました。
驚きましたがカット中を見ていないので払いましたが、100分間毛玉を取っていたことになりますよね？
でも預けたのは3時間。
残りの80分でシャンプー、カットを全てやって頂いた事になるんですが、そんな短時間に他の施術が出来るものなのでしょうか？
結局2ミリの丸刈りになって帰ってきました…。
申し訳ありません、と謝っていましたが。
丸刈りにするのに毛玉をほどく必要があったんでしょうか？
その後、上記のようなことがあったと5～6件のトリミングサロンや友人に話しましたが、トリミング料金の他に1万円ですよね！？ってものすごくびっくりされました。
お店の名前も聞かれました。
接客も含め、ここでお願いするメリットを何も感じないので別のところで今はお願いしています。
犬を預けて飼い主が見てない間、どういう扱いをされているのか不安になったトリミングサロンはここが初めてでした。
